"If I didn't bring a car I would give this place full marks. There is not enough parking for all guests and the alternative is an open air carpark several minutes walk away. We got lucky though, but did have to pay $20 per night, not great when our original search filtered for included parking.

"On the plus side: the location is hard to beat - amazing and energetic neighborhood, lots of food options, not far from the Metro in two directions. Less noisy than we would have expected. On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out.
