la chambre était propre mais une odeur abominable de cigarette froide; durant les deux jours impossible de se débarrasser de cette odeur malgré le fait d'avoir aérer et il en était de meme pour les serviettes de toilette.très difficile à supporter pour nous qui ne fumons pas.les murs ne sont pas très épais et nous entendions le voisin ronflait toute la nuit

Hotel ok, mais voisins trés bruyants/autres chambr

trés bien la première nuit, énormément de bruit la seconde....jusqu'à 1h du matin (portes qui claquent et gens qui parlent trés fort) puis à partir de 4h30 : musique et discussions trés fortes. c'est juste pas de bol d'avoir ces voisins tout autour...

hotel bien situe pour acces centre pb de parking

bien recu par personnel sympathique heureusement car expedia a tres mal fonctionne puisqu'il n'a pas fait la reservation . Confort hotel moyen pour un 3x mais pour 1 nuit RAS . Bon petit dej bien achalande .

Hôtel 3* manquant de qualité en rapport des hôtels de sa catégorie . Chambre triple confortable mais démunie de prises de courant à portée de la literie , salle de bain petite. Pas de hall d’accueil au Rez de chaussée , manque de convivialité . Hôtel bruyant (insonorisation a revoir ) . Petit déjeuner contînental à 9€ par personne mais sans réel intérêt en qualité . Seul avantage de cet hôtel , tramways à proximité pour aller en centre ville et stade Geoffroy Guichard à 20 minutes de marche.

Très bon séjour

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des stations de tram/bus et à proximité de toutes commodités. Le personnel est très accueillant, chambre propre et spacieuse dans un quartier calme. À conseiller pour visiter la ville et les alentours.

hôtel vétuste

hôtel vétuste qui a été rénové en partie. Moquette au sol et salle de bain pas très propre d'où une note de 2 pour la propreté. Énormément de bruit, hôtel difficile à trouver (à côté de Ibis) et parking a proximité très petit (complet à mon arrivée). Plateau repas disponible mais on m'a demandé de le réserver avant 18h et il était un peu cher à mon goût. Pour moi ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles. Point positif: le personnel sympathique

Un accueil très agréable qui n'efface pas la vétusté de la salle d'eau. Des couleurs et des sanitaires qui doivent avoir au moins 30 ans ! Pas de pare-douche sur la baignoire donc arrosage généreux, même en prenant quelques précautions. Et surtout, ce qui justifie ma notation sévère de la propreté de la chambre : une moquette au sol. Cela devrait être interdit dans une chambre d’hôtel, car en terme de sécurité et d'hygiène c'est une catastrophe... J'ai l'habitude de l’hôtel, situé à coté et pour un prix similaire, nous avons en prime la modernité. Le propriétaire devrait investir.

J'ai reserve sur hotel.com et paye a l'avance. L'hotel m'a refait payer. Tres mecontente. Chambre a la deco plus que mediocre, moquette ancienne. Je ne le recommande pas.
