"Unfortunately the reception does not open until 5pm - we arrived at 2:0pm and had to go elsewhere as the amenities eg bar, cafeteria etc were closed. Whilst we were away from the site it rained terribly on our arrival at 5pm, so we arrived soaking wet. The chalet accommodation was excellent and provided ..."

A really weird experience

"The reception staff were amazing - so welcoming and polite. The location was very good in terms of access to the beach but quite a drive to restaurant area. Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! ..."
