"We were promised check in at 4pm and if we checked in after 7pm, then they would charge us additional…well, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned till 7:30pm! "The pool was as advertised. We didn't get a chance to use due to our later arrival and 1 night stay.
The internet was very sketchy. It was difficult to make calls and connections were dropped.
We were hiking and we had a bit of a walk to get to our place. There were no amenities such as coffee, water, or salt/pepper. No store was nearby and getting any groceries would have involved a 3 mile round trip on foot. There were also no restaurants or cafes nearby.

"Excellent stay. The staff absolutely amazing and super helpful. Catarina, Pedro and Angelica (apologies is I didn’t get the name right) are a great team.
