"Clean room pool"

"The facility was nice. The pool was cloudy, but we still went in it. We were in it for about 5 mins and I stepped on something in the bottom of the pool it looked like some one had pooped in it. We got out immediately. When I went to the desk no one was there and I called down 2x no one answered. When I dropped my key off at check out no one was there either."

"I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how bad this place is. Outside looks fair I guess. I should have known when I first pulled in and there’s a bank teller windows inside the door with a locked door to the lobby. That should have been my first red flag. Took forever for someone to come to the windows to let me in. The lobby looked fine. Got my paperwork and key and went to my room. I was in 122 on the back side of the building on the first floor. Opened my door and walked in. First thing as I entered I noticed all the dents in every wall. Into the drywall. with no pain on them. Also there we’re shelves missing from the walls and you could see where it should have been. 3 or 4 spots on the walls you could see water damage near the floor and the drywall was missing. Probably also a good time to mention the floor as I walked across it. Gooey and sticky, It was almost as if I had suction cups on my shoes. I tried to turn the lights on but most didn’t work. The one above the dining table by the window just flickered. I went towards the bathroom and was shocked ay how much black mold was in the shower wall and looked like the ceiling had recently started to fall in. Also by the toilet the wall was breaking apart at the bottom. Toilet worked though. I then checked out the bed. Lumpy but useable. It had two full beds. I looked on the sides of the mattresses and didn’t see any bed bugs or tracks where they had moved across. I looked in the sheets but they are not that clean."

"The pros were very friendly staffs. The cons were the age of the building and it does not seem to be well maintained. The room was not that clean, but mainly due to the poor maintenance. "

"Breakfast was a great variety. Hot tub was cloudy. A bit run down for a Holiday Inn but they appear to try. Overall a decent stay but a bit pricey for the place. "

"Outdoor pool looks like it's getting taken out (covered in sand). But, it's April in Michigan, did not expect it to open. Small issue with our first room(smelled like cigarettes and commode was not clean), staff changed us to a different room right away. Lobby was very clean "

"Well I have booked over a hundred rooms in the past two years for my workers. I booked the standard room with two beds but they had my wokers share one bed. I double checked the booking and I did it right they were just overbooked and my guys got screwed. The photo showed two beds but listed one below. This was misleading cuz I booked here many times before."

"Not a place I would return to….it’s a little sketchy."
