There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "
