"genuinely this place is awful do not stay here. stay at bali an thats nearby and cheaper. bali an is wayyy cleaner, has great amenities, space, and most of all feels safer. this place was like a dungeon. i chose this place due to its proximity to shinjuku station but its not worth it. heed my warning. stay at the bali an hotel thats nearby. its like $80/night there vs this place being $100/ a night there was a cockroach in our room, the door was not properly fitted in the doorframe and there...

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."
