"Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking didn’t cost anything which is a plus in Seattle. They were helpful in guiding us on how to use the bus system. The only thing I wish they would’ve had was a pool and hot tub."

"This hotel is okay but the response rate of the front desk is too slow to calls. Also you’d have to call them to come clean your room otherwise stay in there for days without getting your space cleaned up."

"The reception staff members were cheerful, welcoming and very helpful. Dru checked us in on our arrival with a friendly smile and genuine concern that he had addressed all of our needs. Rooms were clean and there is plenty of sitting space. Bathroom is functional. The mini fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough to store food and no way to adjust temperature. Basic request were fulfilled in a timely manner by friendly concierge staff: extra towels, water bottles, toiletries, etc. "

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."
