"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. "Location and facilities were great, despite renovations that took place on the main building but did not interrupt our stay. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure that any issue would be addressed promptly. Mr. Brook, the reception manager, was attentive to our needs and changes. His understanding to our circumstances made him worthy of his position."
