Had a terrible experience with our stay at this property. Gave us a room with broken toilet that would make noise all the time. The maintenance person said it’s brand new toilet and we do not have parts for it and we would get our room changed. No update from anyone regarding room change until we went to front desk asking for it to which he responded i do not know what day staff did. No communication between staff. They gave us new room at midnight of next day when we told then we couldn’t sleep because of noise. New room washroom tiles were broken and some days room was not cleaned. Staff were not friendly. Overall it is no where close to what a Marriott hotel should be like.

May things broken, door handles in the room, all ice machines were broken. Incredibly small bathroom, huge parking lot but had to pay daily rate. Fine for a quick stay but wouldn’t go back.

I have always like staying at Marriott, but kind of turn off since new management charges $ 20.00 for parking per each day. So, staying away from it.
