"This is a concept hotel which appealed to my daughter. Staff were efficient and room was huge and comfortable. I wasn’t keen on the dark corridors and dim reception lighting. Parking was awkward especially with pink fluorescent lighting. I feel it should have been brighter when trying to manoeuvre a large car at an angle into a tight spot. Fun hotel and good to experience"

It offers beautiful views, spotless rooms, highly professional staff, an excellent bar with delicious coffees, cookies and snacks, and convenient access to shops and restaurants. "Recently stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel along with the Spa and Pool. We were also very impressed with the Hotel Staff. We were having issues with our air conditioning and the staff quickly arranged for the technician to come and fix the problem even though it was 22:30. They also provided a complimentary local fruit and nut plate the next morning as a gift for the inconvenience the night before. Definitely appreciated the staff’s attention to detail and service. We would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"I had a great stay at Onyx City Center Tbilisi. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was also beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the girl at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a great impression and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."
