"偶然ガザ抗議デモと重なったため、周辺のエリアは危険としていますが、ホテル内は完全に安全でした。しっかり過激な抗議者が侵入しないように配慮されていました。 ピサ中央駅からホテルに到着するまでの道でデモと警察の衝突がり、非常に危険でした。 ローマでのデモ等は激しめのようですので、訪れる際はお気をつけください。 スタッフさんに関しては、温かく丁寧な対応で素晴らしく良かったです。チェックインもスムーズで説明も丁寧でした。困ったことがあればすぐに相談できます。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。またぜひ利用したいです。"

"Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff is amazing- always ready to help with a friendly demeanor. The staff I’d encountered (consisting of many front desk reps and rooftop bartender), were all personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with every question/issue I had. My room- was in a twin deluxe- was cute and IMMACULATE, the AC was pumping (I was able to adjust the temperature), and bed was comfy. Decor was cute and artsy.
