"The staff were amazing and the place was well-cleaned. However, I just can't wrap my head around the 10 Euro late check-in fee. There is a front desk attendant throughout the night and there is no difference between checking in before or after 11pm. Also, the kitchen was stacked pretty poorly. No hot water kettle, no basic utensils."
