"Small boutique hotel. There are no phones in the room so if you need something from say housekeeping, you’d have to go all the way downstairs to the reception. There is one elevator and it is very old and dusty and makes a crazy sound (an older mechanical model which requires closing the doors manually). So if you plan to stay here, pack lightly to avoid using the elevator for your luggage as the staircase is long and windy on each floor. Breakfast was cold cuts, breads, pastries and cereals....

"We loved our stay here! The rooms are so bright and spacious and the location is peaceful and quiet. An 8-10 minute walk into Trastevere to the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"This is a hidden gem walking distance from the Coliseum. The outside is deceiving and inconspicuous, however inside we had a spacious room with 4 beds to sleep all 5 of us and two full bathrooms and a dining area with beautiful vaulted painted ceilings and a loft. (Two beds in the loft - two on the main level). We walked everywhere we needed to go and had amazing food close by. Perfect spot to spend a night in Rome."

"Nice unit. Was a little tight with two adults and two teens but it worked well for what we needed. Close to the Vatican walking distance."

"It was a great stay. There was an AC issue with the room we originally booked (which happens, no one’s fault) and the team were so good and quick and resolving this for us. The property we were in at via Margutta was lovely, amazing location, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again!"
