This was an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff. There was an issue with our beds upon arrival and we were upgraded to a larger suite with no hassle. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have amazing views. The on-site breakfast was also of high quality. Highly recommended. This was a trip with friends but I will be returning with family as well.

not so charming hotel - 2 Star I booked three Superior rooms for a two-night stay for my family in mid-July. The hotel website advertised a pool and beach access, an important factor in our selection. In fact, while the hotel has a lovely garden and friendly staff, it does not have an actual pool – only a spa that can be booked for a fee. Guests who book through Expedia are furthermore excluded from access to the beach unless they pay extra because, we were told, that is only for the hotel’s guests which we apparently were not (we were invited to take it up with Expedia). The supposedly superior rooms (at 230 EUR/night) were standard at best and substandard in some cases (one of the bathrooms was so small that the open door grazed the sink; one of the TVs was a small computer screen) and the air conditioning was not working properly – a particular problem since we had a three-month-old baby with us. We spent the best part of the day chasing after the staff to get the air con up, with repeated assurances that it had been fixed while it had not. The next day my husband and I we were moved to another room while the others exchanged rooms among themselves so that the baby could stay in the relatively better conditioned room. Despite pleasant surroundings, facilities and services are not 4 star, and we felt grossly overcharged. will not return and do not recommend.

Hotel di charme situato in modo incantevole sul lago di Sabaudia. Molto tranquillo. Molto curato nei particolari nelle zone comuni, specie nel periodo di Pasqua! Bellissimo il prato davanti alla struttura, con accesso al lago. Colazione molto variata, eccezionale a Pasqua. Personale di servizio a colazione molto gentile, attento e preciso, così anche alla reception. Unico neo un po’ spartane le camere con pochi accessori in dotazione: i balconi con vista sul lago compensavano ampiamente!

4 stelle al potenziale della struttura e 2 stelle alla gestione. La camera pubblicizzata come 15mq arrivava a malapena a 12mq, il passeggino non passava neanche tra il muro ed i piedi del letto. All’arrivo era sporca a terra, sui suppellettili c’era polvere e manate lasciate sullo specchio sopra il letto. Ho chiesto di farla pulire ed al mio ritorno avevano pulito solamente lo specchio non curandosi della polvere che è rimasta lì sostanzialmente tutto il nostro soggiorno (7giorni) nonostante la pulizia giornaliera. La location in se è piacevole e la colazione sul patio esterno altrettanto, ma la disomogeneità tra location e servizi offerti è notevole.

Romanticissimo hotel con giardino sul lago

Hotel molto carino, con una posizione stupenda sul lago di Sabaudia. Il giardino ben attrezzato e splendidamente curato, con due discese sul lago con lettini e ombrellone per rilassarsi sulle rive del lago. Camera spaziosa (abbiamo soggiornato in una superior) e pulita, con terrazzino, ma per niente insonorizzata. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Forse il prezzo (150 euro per una notte a settembre) è un po' alto visto che la concorrenza nella zona non è male, ma l'esperienza è stata senza dubbio molto molto piacevole!
