Rene the manager was excellent. The grounds were immaculate. Our condo was a bit in need of some paint, but comfortable. It was a very convenient place to hit the area beaches. We will definitely consider a return to Mauzul.

A little far away from many of the sights on the island, but it was quiet and spacious, with nearly every amenity you would need. Loved that you could get down to the ocean and snorkel from the property.

Our family of five stayed here for two weeks for a vacation to Curacao in July 2025. We love this place and plan to come back. Located on the West End of the island, this resort has a lovely pool and easy cliffside access to excellent snorkeling. Our bungalow had two bedrooms, a huge third sleeping area upstairs in a loft, full kitchen (no oven) and a charcoal grill outside, as well as two bathrooms. Restaurants are within easy driving distance, and a couple are walkable. Takes about 40 minutes to drive to Willemstad, and many of the best beaches are on the west end of the island, so having a car is a must, but the location was perfect for us. The landscaping is beautiful, the staff are so helpful and friendly, and we loved the place. If you are looking for an “Americanized” resort sort of experience, go elsewhere but if you want to actually experience this island and meet some amazing people while doing so, and actually see Curacao, this is the place. We will return.

It was a great place to stay. It is very close to all the northern beaches. There aren't many things around, but the areas in the resort are beautiful! The pool is great and the sea access is nice! The room is comfortable and it had all the necessary things for our stay.

Relaxing Stay at Marazul

We absolutely loved this place. We were originally concerned about having to pay in cash but check in was easy. We had a car so it was easy to get to. Ample parking, beautiful sunsets and view. We really enjoyed having two floors and the balcony. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property. Perfect location. Excellent host. Best beaches near by. Ocean access. Great pool. Best sunsets! Look no further. This is the place. We had a cooler and chairs we could take to the beach. Along with everything you need to make meals including a bbq. Thank you so much.

Nice, affordable, and well-kept gated resort. It was very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking. Our favorite thing was jumping into ocean at the end of the day. It was very relaxing and not very crowded.

The property is beautiful and you can literally scuba right off the back stairs down the cliff into beautiful turquoise water. Our particular unit was a bit deceptive as there was no way you could sleep upstairs because of the heat even with the ac on. We just opened the sleeper sofa downstairs. For the price it was all we needed. Management and staff very responsive.

This is a quiet place on the west end of the island. Two story townhomes. The pool is great. The views outstanding. Iguanas and birds are fun to watch. Steps down to the water are unbelievable . You can dive there but carrying tanks would not be fun for most. Beaches are all along the coast in cuts into the coral. Pretty water. Take water shoes because it is rocky.

This place was a dream! The facilities are really nice. I loved the balcony. The owner of the resort is super friendly and has everything you need and it is centrally located to many beaches. The cats (and iguanas) at the resort are really sweet. Loved sitting in the back to watch the sunset. Would recommend to anyone.

Wow, we loved this place. Very quite and the nearby beaches are beautiful. A view good restaurants just around the corner. Do need a car to get around. The unit was better than the pictures. Bed slept awesome and the kitchen had all the basics. Internet was not working well, but did not miss it.

The stay at Marazul was very good. The location is great for those who want easy access to the best beaches in Curaçao and a wonderful sunset, but it is a bit far (about an hour's drive) from the center. The house is great, well equipped for preparing meals, but it already shows signs that it needs some maintenance. My only complaint was about the woman in charge of cleaning, who simply walked in without knocking 30 minutes before check-out time and practically kicked us out.

Marazul is a great resort, beautiful and perfect location near the nicest beaches of the island. We had the bungalow B (3bedrooms) and the partial sea view was really partial compare to all the others bungalow. One of the AC in the bedroom was very old and not working properly and the bed was broken. Renee was great and always available and the bungalow is very well equiped ( i would recommand to buy a cutboard)
