Hotel di Sabana

"Although the stafff was extremely sweet, this was not the hotel for us. If you are looking for a quiet and small place; then this is great. However this is definitly meant for timeshare holders and you need groceries and would have to go out to find more activities. The room was not completely clean, we came into dead spiders in the kitchen and the pull out bed was also not the cleanist so we ended sharing the larger bed. The staff was so amazing and understanding when we chose to leave to go...

"Great customer service. Always answered promptly. And made sure our stay was excellent. Would book again."

"Parking was ok even though you need to pay, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great we enjoyed it. They can do better with there rooms cleaning with carpets and bathroom"

"Room service never came in, staff didn’t care to help and the room was given with some minor details."
