Parking not available!!

In the presentation of the hotel it said there was supervised parking available which was most important to me when chosing where to stay. But there was no parking!!! And the lady in the reception did not seem to care at all. She was rather arrogant about this fact. When I came into my room the electricity did not work. So I was given another room. Breakfast should be served at 7.00 but at this time the buffe was not ready. The milk was sour and the bread not fresch. Yes it is a cheap hotel but still you must be able to trust that the basics are working. Book another hotel!!

Die Zimmermädchen machen ihre Arbeit nicht richtig So das die Frau in der reception abends das machen muss was die Zimmermädchen nicht machen Kein Internet ,keine Bettwäsche,in den Zimmern sind die Fernseher die nicht richtig gehen

Empfehlenswert

Einfaches Hotel in guter Lage zum Zentrum. Ich kann die vielen schlechten Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen oder hatte vielleicht auch Glück mit meinem Zimmer. Kühlschrank , TV, die Betten vielleicht etwas zu weich aber alles sauber. Gutes Frühstück, für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten.

Einfach, in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht für einen guten Preis völlig in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind im Hinterhof knapp, ggf. Parken gegen Gebühr an der Straße. Viele Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Frühstück war ausreichend und nach Standard. Ein Fön fehlte in den Zimmern.

Drama nacht in ranzig hotel

Je boekt via hotels.com een kamer met vier bedden, maar dit kan helemaal niet. Als je aankomt, doet de vrouw bij de balie helemaal niet aardig en behulpzaam. We krijgen een kamer met drie bedden, waarvan twee bedden aan elkaar. Ik lig de hele nacht op twee ongelijke bedden in een spleet. Overal zit schimmel en alles is ranzig. Ook de gezamenlijke ruimtes. Het is dat we moe waren van de reis, maar dit noooit weer.

L'accueil a été très bien d'autant plus que je ne parle pas allemand. Nous avons réussi à nous comprendre en anglais. Malheureusement, nous avons du partir de manière précipitée suite à l'accident de notre fille. La personne de l'accueil a très bien compris la situation et nous a immédiatement remboursée. Merci à cette personne.
