We were invited to stay at Hotel Bruchwiese sister hotel, came with beer garden & meals were delicious,our host Claudia was fantastic so quiet amongst the trees , I thoroughly recommend this Hotel & the best so far in 2 weeks we have been in Germany I will remember!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the decor of the room and the stencils. It was quaint. Be prepared you will need to have standard electrical chargers as there are no ports for USB or USC charging stations. Otherwise its a convenient and easy hotel to stay, the desk staff spoke excellent English, very helpful.

Avoid at all costs. This place is a scam. The front desk is not open at the times it says, and no one answers the phone. When I arrived in the afternoon the place was completely closed and locked. Maybe they have recently shut down. I still have not been able to receive any communication from them, one week after the date I was supposed to check in.

I paid to stay for 2 nights. Upon arrival you have to call the hotel, and you will receive then a code to open the key-holder, so you can get in. Upon arrival in the room, it turned out there was no working wifi. The lady whom I called suggested I to stand in front of other rooms to check whether it worked there. This was not the case, so no free wifi. The TV did not work. The toilet bowl was brownish. The water that came out of the tap and the shower was brown, only to turn normal after a while. Waste baskets were not emptied. Obviously the room had not been checked before I arrived. Maybe it was cleaned a few weeks back. After dinner I decided to stay with friends rather than in this room; I informed the hotel via the Expedia message service used before to contact them. The next day the manager said she was surprised of hese issues, and said she would do her best to get the second night refunded. This was done. But the first night, which I did not use, was not reimbursed. It was my second time using this hotel, but clearly also the last time.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für eine Übernachtung. Liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße, etwas unruhig. Einen Parkplatz zu finden, war auch nicht ganz einfach.

Chambre correcte mais pas de serviettes de toilett

Première expérience réussie de check in avec "boîte à clés". Personne très affable jusqu'à l'obtention de la clé malgré la barrière de la langue. Chambre correcte à proximité du centre. Par contre, pas de serviette ni tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.
