Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
N’y allez pas ils ont annulé notre réservation quelques heures avant notre arrivée par un sms via WhatsApp. Ils n’ont pas voulu annuler via expédia . Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec nos quatre enfants le premier soir de notre arrivée en Tanzanie. J’ai téléphoné sur la messagerie d’expedia pour demander le remboursement mais visiblement sans succès . Cette réservation était déjà payée et non annulable non remboursable c’est une honte !!
