"best place ever. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location did not have as much sun due to the cliffs so sunset and sun rise couldn’t be seen. the location did not have much around it. but it was the most perfect place to relax and unwind and heal from this cruel world. i lived it there. the sauna was amazing and had a beautiful view of the sea. it was great to go from sauna to sea with ease."

"J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel, je dirais que pour être parfait, il manque un terrain multisport cours de tennis. Tout le personnel était adorable. À part le monsieur des serviettes de plage. Je voyage au moins une fois par an à Ibiza, et vous êtes mon deuxième hôtel préféré derrière TRS Ibiza. Dans ce dernier, même si nous sommes pas la catégorie du cinquième étage, nous avons accès à la piscine sur le toit ainsi qu’au bar et je trouve ça assez. Juste. C’est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès ne serait-ce qu’à certaines heures, même si c’est limité, je trouve que ce serait bien et la dernière petite remarque pour vraiment améliorer votre perfection c’est d’avoir une vraie pâte à crêpes pour le petit déjeuner. Merci"

"This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough. Salads were pretty good. Drinks were good with branded options available for the AI. The one thing that I find unbelievable is that water is not included on the AI. If I want unlimited vodka or gin, that's fine but water was a no go. I find this appalling especially in a hot climate. Will not return."

"My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. Overall, I would return again, as its location is perfect for transport (buses and taxis directly out front) and a short walk to a variety of beaches plus the Camino de Playa and the Hippy Market. "

"In summary, a wonderful location thats much cheaper than others nearby but don't expect any luxuries or modern decor, and least of all customer service. Probably the most secluded area on the island which is lovely, but the walls are paper thin! bring ear plugs if you don't want to hear your neighbour's nocturnal activities! The pool area was a fabulous setting on the cliff edge but run down, lots of tiles peeling off which were sharp and tatty and the sunbed mattresses were filthy. We were given no information on restaurant opening times, breakfast provision or options to use any communal areas, there seemed to be some lounge area but not obvious it was open to us. A little customer service would have gone a long way her, perhaps we would have eaten in their restaurant, which is clearly a family run establishment but their screaming rows with each other one afternoon was off-putting! Generally good value, but we were glad it was only 2 nights.."
