"Nicely renovated queen room we stayed in with laminate flooring. Perfect temperature for air conditioning and great bathroom exhaust fan...doesn't leave you overheated after a shower. Hot breakfast was fantastic, scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and sausage patties plus lots of other options. Easy parking...3 1/2 block walk to skytrain station on Royal Oak. Perfect for concerts...we have stayed here twice now for that reason. Beds are comfy. Def recommend staying here. "

"Location of Ramada was easy to find. It was my familys first time to book at Ramada Coquitlam. That was about 5pm when we checked in and the front desk lady was not too happy to book us. I believe she was having a bad day. The airconditioner was quite loud. At any rate we were just there to sleep for the night.Was it value for money ?"

"Drug use and homelessness so prevalent the main lobby doors are always locked and you need a key to enter even during the day. Noise from the street (traffic, people) is so loud it sounds like I'm standing on the sidewalk. Staff was very friendly and room was ready before check-in time. No evidence of bugs of any kind. Price was one of lowest in area but very high considering the facilities conditions. No elevator, which was fine for us but could be very difficult for others."
