"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"This hotel maintains the high standards of Steigenberger. There is pride in the craft, thus the staff are helpful, professional, and pleasant. It is a little island (Insel) refuge, and pays homage in many ways to its origin as a Dominican cloister. Get a room facing the Bodensee for the full experience, and always include the breakfast!"

"Wir waren zu zweit für einen Wochenendtrip im HARBR Konstanz und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und leise. Die Lage ist super. Nicht mittendrin im Trubel der Altstadt, aber alles einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Allein ein paar ausgewählte Mitarbeiterinnen waren eher ignorant und man wurde bewusst ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht unbedingt dem Service, den ich mir erhoffe. Im großen und ganzen aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"Dieses kleine Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dusche und WC, was allerdings sehr klein war. Große und beleibte Menschen können in der Dusche nicht aufrecht stehen. Mein Mann ist 1,73 m groß und passte gerade so noch rein. Leider mussten wir auch jeden Abend erstmal auf Spinnenjagd gehen. Es liefen lauter so winzig kleine Fettspinnen im Zimmerboden rum. Vermutlich ist irgendwo in diesem Zimmer ein Nest (Zimmer 35). Das sollte mal behoben...

"Zimmer waren klein und es gab kaum ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch das Bad war winzig. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, Safe, geschlossenen Kleiderschrank (nur eine Art Garderobe) Ein großes Lob, alles war sehr sauber. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Preis Leistung stimmt für das Hotel allerdings nicht Zuzüglich zum schon recht sportlichen Preis kam vor Ort noch Kurtaxe und Tiefgaragengebühr dazu. Parken über Nacht ohne Gebühr war leider in der Gegend nicht möglich."
