But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life. "The property is at a prime location downtown. They have a private driveway for taxi pick up and drop off. The food was decent. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and in good condition. Overall, a good stay for us. We will be back at this hotel if we visit Ho Chi Minh city again."

It is in an amazing location 3 blocks from the Opera House, and Nguyen St with all its restaurants and shops. The breakfast is a feast for the eyes, endless choices, indoors or outdoors.
