"From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hector and Marco at the front desk—they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging transfers for us whenever possible. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. A truly stunning hotel with service to match. Highly recommended!"

"Nice, clean hotel. Bit of a walk from Ibiza town but we like walking so wasn’t a problem (took about 25 mins). Hotel is pristine (perhaps new?), pool area and spa areas both gorgeous. DJ at pool played a great mix, not too hard house style, more recognisable and chilled music. Only (VERY minor, hence I’m not taking a star off!) downside was no little toiletries in the room (like shower cap or cotton buds-did have shower gel etc in big dispensing bottles) also no kettle.
