"Great hotel and location. We loved El Castell. Hotel could do with more sun loungers by the pool. There are two massive double sunbeds topped off which nobody could use. Also reception could be quicker to check in, a lot of forms to get a towel, most places give towel cards. Reception also needs to have better knowledge we asked about tapas places and somewhere to watch the England match and they couldn’t really help us"

"Friendly staff , big family atmosphere , excellent breakfast , easy life , good sound proof rooms , easy parking , rocky beach not invaded by over tourism , only disappointing to see old car tyres abandoned on the sea floor at 10 ft depth"

"Good location. Nice pools with lots of sunbeds. Pool bar was excellent, good drinks and food selection. Restaurant had something for everyone and lots of it. All staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy when it came to joining in with the entertainment staff. Left luggage room and shower rooms to change in after you've checked out of your room is an excellent way to make the most of your last day if you have a late flight."
