"This would be a wonderful choice for a large gathering for an event. The kitchen dining area with a table that seats at least 10, is amazing with another wonderful outdoor kitchen all shady. The location is perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown restaurants and wine and beer spots. Rooms are small but comfortable. I’ve stayed in Merlo and Zinfandel rooms. I think a total of 5 rooms with private baths."

"Very pleasant staff. The young lady at the front desk was willing to go above amd beyond for my brother during our stay. Hes disabled, so traveling can be a big challenge for us. The pool was great, clean, and the wheelchair lift worked. I am sad to say, no hotels offer a 2 queen suite that has wheelchair accessories in the rooms. Roll in shower, 2 queen beds, just wide enough for a person in a wheelchair or walker can maneuver in the room without having to move furniture. Including this...

"The rooms are very nice and spacious! Bathroom was very clean and a nice size shower. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash! The breakfast was the best I have ever had! A very nice variety of choices. The cinnamon rolls and bacon were so delicious! The staff were all very nice and helpful! I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Holiday Inn Express off of Hwy 99 Elk Grove CA!!"

"The people at the Best Western Capital City were amazing. They helped with getting my families rooms all together since I was going to be in the hospital. The rooms were clean. and I can't say it enough, all the people at this Best Western were absolutely wonderful. "

"Hotel was not bad. Although it does not look like the pictures but it does seem like they are trying to renovate. There are people outside the building smoking and standing around all day and the hotel rules are to not smoke anywhere near the building. There’s a lot of things that may be unsettling to people and if it bothers you I recommend not staying here."

"The landscaping has never been more beautiful! I have been enjoying getaways to Wine and Roses for years now. I love this little enclave and especially evenings in the bar listening to Kim on the piano. It’s been a few years and we were so flattered that she remembered us. I will say for the first time ever we were disappointed with the dining experience. We did choose to dine in the bar, and I think the Bartender has something to do with the experience. Our appetizer was completely overcooked....
