"The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there."

"This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. It was very quiet except for your normal interstate buzz, but my sleep was excellent. Thank you…"

"The staff were wonderful! Soon as we entered, the room looked like a murder scene and smelled of a strong mixture of urine and bleach. I don’t have anything more to say than this place was the most terrifying and disgusting hotel and the pictures would speak better than my words, however they will not attach to this review. The office chair was 50% duct tape, if that helps you visualize things… We were so exhausted late at night upon our arrival that, even though we were completely disgusted and terrified, we decided to stay and try to sleep. We packed and left before 6:00am and told the staff the unacceptable conditions and smells of the room. The desk staff was completely understanding and without hesitation reimbursed the second night we had prepaid at time of booking. Wonderful staff. Completely unacceptable hotel room. "

"Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by multiple service and room failures from the moment we arrived. 1. Registration Delay: At check-in, there was a system issue where my reservation displayed an incorrect card number, resulting in an approximately 30-minute delay. During this time, my family - including three young children (ages 5, 7, and 9) - had to wait outside in the car, which was highly inconvenient after travel. 2. Clogged Lavatory (Unusable Sink): The lavatory in our room was clogged and completely unusable. A maintenance staff member later confirmed that the issue was due to a faulty stopper, indicating a pre-existing maintenance problem. The alternative sink near the coffee machine was too tall for our youngest child to use safely, making the room effectively unsuitable for our family. I reported this issue to guest services and was assured that it would be addressed promptly. However, no one arrived for over 45 minutes, forcing me to remain in the room while the rest of my family went to the waterpark. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted our plans and took away from our family time together, which was a primary purpose of our trip. 3. Shower Issue: The following morning, we discovered that the showerhead was loose and the water flow was slow, further affecting the usability of the room. Overall, these issues reflect a failure to provide a functional and properly maintained room, along with delays in service response."
