Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later . "My first room had bed bugs and no deabilt. If I would of seen the outline of a figure done is masking tape I would not have been surprised ! Very noisy and if there's bed bugs in one room they will all have them"

"The entire place needs a major upgrade. There were attempts to make it seem like there were some upgrades. The bed was comfortable, the shower water got hot fast, and the A/C worked fine. We didn't even get any of the breakfast that was included with the stay because there wasn't anything to speak of. Who would want to microwave an unappetizing, room-temperature sausage biscuit before eating it? Just doesn't seem safe."

"I really enjoyed the staff upon check-in and the room was nice. Although it’s completely out of the Hotel’s control, a few people were in the parking lot being really loud about 3 am."

"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He tried to get us a room close to everything and was very nice to work with. But we ended up with a handicapped room and the only thing different was that it had a chair to use in the bathtub. The walls were patched up in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very low. He also let us know that the pool was not available because they were in the process of getting it inspected. This was very inconvenient because it was very hot that...

"We were only there for a night. It was perfect for what we needed. However, double beds are just too small for couples. But everything else was great"
