"One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2)...

However the staff (room service) and the staff at the pool area were very unprofessional, they kept coming at me asking endless questions and what’s worse was when they insisted on entering the room while I was still inside and actually showering , in the name of wanted to spray the room and draw the nets even after I I told them I was inside. I had to lock myself in the bathroom for that "

"AVOID, stay away! Firstly the location is wrong, 30 USD to get to the next town by taxi. The Road to the hotel is terrible, extremely bumpy. Beds are hard. This is not a four star hotel. Food is bad. Save your money, go somewhere else."

"Really loved our stay at this special cozy little resort. THE STAFF WERE ALL AMAZING!! Our room had a comfy bed (great shower) and a couch and chair on patio. Super clean. The pool was so nice in the afternoons and the bar area is great with cozy couches and a TV and books. In less then 5 minutes u are at the beach and I always looked forward to a nice greeting by Moses the security guard and Daniel our friendly waiter/bartender. Don’t hesitate to stay here! Plus they have decent Chardonnay!"
