"Olde Angel Inn is in a terrific location in the walkable part of Niagara on the Lake. The problem is that the rooms are over the bar and on Fridays and Saturday nights there is live music downstairs from 9:30 pm until 12:30 am complete with loud percussion and persistent bass. We reserved on Expedia and we're not told about this for-us defect. If you reserve directly at the site they supposedly tell you about this. "The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease.
