The only issue we had is on the day of checkout, we had an early medical appointment and returned to the room about 10:40 am to gather our belongings. However, they had already checked us out and the locks were changed. They did fix it right away and let us go in to get our belongings. "

"The curtains were broken. Had a sign not to use them. I stayed for one night and had housekeeping banging on the door before I checked out. Kept saying hold on but they kept banging. Had a cockroach to greet me in the morning. When I told the lady at checkout about the cockroach, she didn’t seem phased"

"Nice room and super comfy beds. Bathroom is ready for an upgrade. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. My big complaint is that there was no decaf coffeee avaialbe, even at the breakfast that you have to pay for as it is not included in the room price. About 15% of people avoid caffiene and many of us for health reasons. I was given K-Cups of decaf only when I complained."
