"Trust the reviews choose another place They got two entry doors really creepy when you are by yourself my room key stopped working when out to get some in middle of night my key card just decided to quit it didn’t work on any of both doors went to reception no-one over there had to keep ringing the reception for 20 minutes straight until someone came to reception to help me. Would not recommend really far from any good places to visit in the city would spend more to get a room near to the city...

Seuls bémols, j’aurais préféré un cafetière Keurig au lieu de filtre pour son côté pratique et il faut savoir que le stationnement le plus accessible est payant."

"Breakfast was lovely but a free continental breakfast at the door of our room would’ve been more appreciated. Their espresso machine was awesome. The bed linens were soft and exceptional as were the pillows. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning worked really well."

"Excellent location, centrally located with my favorite patisserie just in the corner. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are commodious with a bath, shower unit. There is a health club and restaurants on site. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly. I chose the hotel for the location, close to everything two blocks from the Chateau right on the hotel de ville Park."

"Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec"

"Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is...

"We had a great stay at the Saonte Anne. Our room was nice and comfortable, large shower, and the hotel is well placed to enjoy everything in Old Town. We were able to park at Hotel de Ville and an easy walk from there to St, Anne via rue de Jardin."

"The whole stay was as seamless as it could be. We booked the loft due to two young kids. Everything was clean, all the amenities were fully stocked and functional, the location was fantastic. We had a very lovely time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to someone else."
