"Parking was available but you can only park on one side if the lot the other side is for the businesses that share the same building. This place is budget and good for solo travelers so it’s not grand by any means. The place is in need of an update. The lamps are hard to turn on. There is no privacy curtain so you can’t open it to get any light in the room so you have to be clothed to even open. The lights are dingy and yellow. "Clean room, friendly staff, sack bags of food for those who were leaving on a shuttle early. I love that the mattress had a waterproof cover on it. Helps keep bedbugs away too."

"Clean quiet location close to the airport. The shuttle bus was convenient and ran on time, although I only used it from he hotel to the airport. There are three good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel; Sharps, Mango Thai and 13 Coins. The hotel provided a $10 discount for Sharps when I checked in. Only complaint is that it took 10 minutes at 7AM to get hot water in the shower. I will stay here again if I have to spend the night in Seattle near the airport."

"This lodging is terrible because of the lack of fresh air. No one is available to open the window because of the no window screen. The room is full of foul air. This is a serious problem. "

"The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. "

"Breakfast is wonderful. Shuttle is 8 minutes quick and drivers are friendly. This has become our go-to Hotel. We have stayed in "all of 'em" passing through Sea-Tac for 23 years to go visit friends. Nice linens, beds, staff, and its really clean. Steve and Patsy K. Northern Michigan. "

"This is a perfectly fine place to stay - location is good, either a quick drive to the airport or a 10 minute walk to the train if you're going to the airport or town. My room was okay without being anything amazing, breakfast is pretty standard for this level of hotel. Overall it was just fine."

"Our only negative experience is that the hotel is under construction, the entire first floor, which required us to have to go outside just to get from the elevators to the breakfast area...or just to grab a cup of coffee. Honestly, if we'd known about the construction, I probably would have stayed at another hotel. But, the breakfast was really great and the staff was friendly and helpful! "

"We were only there overnight due to an early flight and the TSA chaos. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. A few restaurants in the area. We walked to 13 Coins, which was fabulous. Breakfast the next morning had decent options and the whole family was happy and fed."

"BEWARE!! Stay Anywhere else!!! Check in staff are very rude and won't send the shuttle for you when you call for it from the airport!!! The lady we had at check in would not send the shuttle for us and then when we walked over with all of our bags and asked for a manager we found out she is the only one there at night so we got even more rude treatment because then she was mad so she tried to double charge my credit card Seriously stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!"
