"The hotel is close to the harbour area. Has onsite parking (suitable for smaller cars), The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast while not extensive in range, has a good mix of cereals, yogurt, fruit, hot food, pastries, juices, coffee and tea and is very cheap compared to other hotels. This is a great place from which to explore the town and I would thoroughly recommend it."

Wish the continental breakfast had more variety for folks that are not from Spain, but the food was ok. The hotel is clean, well-taken care of and comfortable for the price. "It is a beautiful property at the center of the city. The garders are spectacular and the breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. I stay here each time I visit Aviles. My only complaint is that rooms need upgrades-- the beds/mattresses are a little stiff and they still use double twin beds pushed together to make a full/queen sized bed. Some of the wallpaper in my room was bubbling, not a big deal, but it is notable for a 5 star hotel. "
