"El staff muy amable, desayuno bueno, pero la limpieza en especial pasillos y escaleras tienen que mejorar. Las habitaciones están más higiénicas aunque usan ambientadores para homogenizar el olor a “fresh air” . Dato muy positivo habitación muy amplia, aire acondicionado y nevera."
"Very helpful reception, check- in and check out was really quick. Rooms very relaxing and great air conditioning. Surface car park and underground one too which fitted our VW T5 van. Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine and some English breakfast tea at breakfast would have been great. Breakfast is excellent with continental and cooked included ( you can have both). Overall great stopover for us en route to the South."
"We had an AMAZING time staying here. The restoration work was beautifully done, the grounds were comfortable and the town was charming. The staff went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and were full of local knowledge. Everything was clean and the food was top notch. We preferred being in the countryside village, but still close to Segovia. Highly recommend."
