"The room was fantastic, but what really did it for us was the staff. From the moment we walked in the front door we were treated like royalty. Even the young lady who took our luggage to our room with us held a nice conversation with us (in English!) When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful (even filled out our luggage forwarding tags for us). We can't wait to go back to Japan just so we can stay there longer."

"This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo."

Risa went above and beyond by walking me to a nearby hotel and arranging a partial day stay after we checked out so that we could rest. We would definitely stay here again. We were made to feel comfortable and at home. Many thanks to the staff and especially Risa. She was so kind. "

The room was clean, however the bathroom layout was not ideal for couples. The sink being outside and the bathroom not fully separated from the room reduced privacy and could be inconvenient when one person is resting."
