"Our first trip to Europe started great with a helpful and cheerful bartender and great food after a long day of travel. Kids liked the outdoor chess set. Rooms appeared clean, but sadly when our kids woke up we found bed bugs in the bed with them. I kindly brought to attention to front desk when they had no other customers checking as to not make a scene. The room was very well appointed and the air con was my best friend after a day of exploring. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping kept everything ready for us and well-stocked.
