"The room was extremely dirty and hasnt been painted probably over 20 years. No one is in the front desk until 8:00 am, so i had to stay in my car for hour and half in my car after a 22 hours trip. and "

"The staff was great, but the room was not maintained at all - the light in the bathroom was blinking, the blinds were torn, and a lot of light came into the eyes in the morning, and the bed was placed in front of the entrance door - which created a lot of light from outside. The breakfast is not good as at the other atlas hotels and in general - I wouldnt say this is a boutiq hotel, this is an ok hotel but not more than that and definatily not the same level as other atlas hotels I tried."

"Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, even by Israeli standards. The room and bathroom were filthy and the floor covering was some weird black tar-like material. It was bizarre. I stayed there because I was having a medical procedure next door but other than it's proximity to the medical center, there is no reason to choose this hotel."

Wonderful staff, nice lobby with coffee specialties all day, some cookies and sweets, water ... free bikes (with helmets), which are really great to ride. Bonus: a cozy backyard Perfect located Breakfast in a nearby restaurant was so so good! "

"Sixth time here. Staff was above and beyond from desk clerks to the room cleaning. Free parking is a great benefit. Lobby and 24hrs coffee etc a great plus. Everything is good about this place."

"When I first checked in, I needed a room for the night thinking I was going to go to a hotel that I was going to spend a few more days in that supposedly a higher standard, but after staying the first night meeting the staff, I ended up extending the whole week because not only is place clean and the staff is the most important thing very understanding super nice very private caring Libby Catalina, and a whole bunch of other people are doing great work here. "I was already staying in the Hostel and extended my booking, in a capsule room the room was cleaned but I had stains on my pillow cases and had to ask for clean ones and a clean towel as there wasn't one in the room ! There is no breakfast option at this Hostel and you have to use the communal kitchen after purchasing your own food and drinks from the local shops. Also the bar is fully stocked but doesn't open until 3pm and sometimes it's very hard to find the bar staff to serve you as it's not...
