"I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel advertises amenities that simply weren’t available there was no sauna as expected, and the jacuzzi, which is clearly listed, wasn’t even functioning. It felt misleading and poorly managed. To make matters worse, I couldn’t sleep because music was blasting at 2am. I called reception and, to be fair, it was eventually sorted, but it completely disrupted the night.
