"I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...

"Bathtubs are very slippery and narrow so if you step on the rounded edges you slip. Needs a bath mat put in for safety . Beds are high off the floor makes it difficult for shorter and handicapped people.There is no elevator to get to the 2 floor. They didn’t mention it till after we got the room."

"Check-in was quick, and we were asked for a $50 refundable security deposit (booked through Expedia). Parking was plentiful, even during the last weekend of June with a World Cup match nearby. I inspected the room with a UV light, and the bedding was very clean. The bathroom was also clean, though there was a noticeable urine odor upon entering. "Power down in area due to mini tornado in area. Power was lost in most of area. Called Hampton in direct line 6-8 times but call did not go through. Called my daughter who lives 1 mile from property and they had trees down and no power. I have health issues and walk with walker, so I called Troy Hotel in Parsippany, They had power so I rebooked with them. HAMPTON INN/HILTON refused Expedia request for refund credit Very Unhappy Camper"
