"This nice motel by a lovely creek has great beds (not too hard, not too soft) and quality soaps and shampoos. Breakfast from 8 to 10am includes fresh strawberries and blueberries, oranges, apples, pears, and bananas, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. Coffee was good plus orange juice and milk were available. And if you are so inclined, fresh baked chip cookies were also available. Service was personal and friendly. "I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. "The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also."

"This place is amazing very unique Viking style and themed. surrounded by woods and hiking trails. They also have a special brand of sheep heard on the property. they did an exceptional job building and maintaining this place."

"Aside from the keys, not working in the desk person making me wait 15 minutes before they would come create me another key and the homeless people in the hallway. The mattress was the absolute worst I’ve ever slept in in my life basically a cement board. Other than that, it is first choice for the homeless in the hallway"

"The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....
