"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, with a special mention for housekeeping, who did an excellent job and were always pleasant. Our panoramic bungalow was great — quiet, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. It felt very peaceful, which was exactly what we wanted. "The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again."

"Ionian Arches is a really well located, clean, family run place. The photos on the listing definitely glamorise it a bit - e.g we chose a superior room with garden view, which actually looked out onto the driveway and some plants. We were also a bit disappointed to find our breakfast is only offered in the summer - June onwards - but luckily there are lots of cafes in walking distance. Our shower also didn’t work great due to the water coming out in one pressurised stream from the middle. But...

"Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it."

"The swimming pool and overall cleanliness of this hotel is great. Breakfast was fine and it was nice to have it included. However, i would not recommend this hotel. It is on a very busy main road and the front entrance is in a layby to a petrol station. There is no walking path out the front to gouvia town, and it seems very unsafe as the cars drive very fast. The balcony was not nice to sit on due to road noise and view of the petrol station. The experience was not relaxing. I wanted to keep...
