"Simply an amazing experience! The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. "This property was perfectly located on a lovely park within a short walking distance of the town center. It was a very cool and modern building. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed with Dyson hair dryers, etc. The service team at the front desk and in the restaurant were very good. "Older hotel that shows its age, but that isn’t a complaint, it is part of its charm. Quirky collection of furniture and decor. Great location and very friendly staff. No A/C, but that is not a surprise for a hotel of this age in Europe. A fan was provided within the room and, although the weather was pretty hot, it’s a dry heat and temps dropped with the sun and it was comfortable. "

The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. "Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr. Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer. Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person."
