"Pictures don’t describe property accurately. We needed an in expensive economy hotel. Wasn’t looking for anything fancy just wanted clean room to sleep, shower and leave. Property was definitely shady, customers looked like they were on drugs. Our room had holes in bathroom door. We stayed only because room was prepaid and bed didn’t have bed bugs. Will never stay at property again!! Beware.. spend an extra few dollars and stay down the street at Holiday Inn express, regret not staying there!"

"The airport pick up was fantastic. Quick with super concise directions. We did miss having food options in house or within walking distance. Our shuttle back to Dulles was more typical and was timely and professional. "

"Very nice hotel for the overnight stay before boarding flight. 4:30 am shuttle was on time. Monthly parking rate is competitive with most other hotels in the area. "

"The shuttle to anywhere in a 2 mile radius was a real bonus! Best yet, the shuttle was "on demand" and we walked right on it once and had a very short wait for the return trip. The breakfast buffet was plentiful for a good start to the morning! We enjoyed our short stay and likely will be back!"

"Clean hotel but it could definitely use some updating. The room was a little small, and the hot water wasn’t working very well—it was only warm at best. The lighting was minimal and could really benefit from brighter LED lights. The location is very convenient, which is a plus. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly, but the hotel overall felt safe and reliable. If you’re looking for a basic, dependable place to stay, this hotel will work. However, if you’re expecting modern features or newly remodeled rooms, you probably won’t find that here."

"The hotel was conveniently located in town, even for a guest without a car on hand! Staff was AMAZING! Breakfast was solid and on time! Clean rooms and easy to navigate. "

"Normally we really enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. This time we were underwhelmed. Bar & drinks were okay. The food, was just okay and definitely lacked care and love. My yogurt was warm. And their was hair on the tub. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10 something, when check out initially was 12, but we did a late check out @ 1. Luckily we were just about to hit the jacuzzi and to her defense we forgot to put our sleeping in sign on the door. Our stay in Jacksonville, was delightful. This one not so much. "

"I have stayed at Landsdowne many years, typically for girls spa weekends or overnight stay while I’m in town. The Spa Experience is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly all around. I continue to enjoy my stays!"
