Hotels near Roulard Lake

"Parking is easy and accessible to various dining options nearby. Room was clean and breakfast fair. Only issue to be mindful of is that if there is ANY WIND issue this and other business will completely shut down the power which means no elevator, no lights, no hvac. They do NOT have generators for these emergencies even though power company had preplanned the outtage. So be aware either so you will be forced to sit in a pitch black room, lug your luggage up the flights of stairs and or go to your car to charge your phone devices. I experienced this for over 8+ hours (!) and honestly found it shocking and disturbing that Mathew Loya, the General Manager and this hotel brand refused to compensate or give any credit back to its guests. Guest Services and Management get a 0 for me being in a room 8 HRS in the dark!!"

"Room was nice and clean however our room that was supposed to be ready at 3:00pm wasn’t available until 11:00pm. They have yet answered me about making it right. "

"The definition of a sketchy hotel. Old, dirty and unsafe. Car alarms going off ALL night. Lots of unhoused individuals with erratic behavior. Believe the other bad reviews and don’t do it."

"Clean room and hallways, beautiful view from my fifth floor room. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they answered all of my questions. Conveniently located in downtown Greeley. "

"Property was well maintained.comfortable and homey. Breakfast was limited but the eggs were the best I have ever ate in a continental breakfast."

"Okay Hotel, with a self-serve atmosphere. Average hotel layout and rooms, bed not comfortable. Shower semi clean and same for the rest of the bathroom. Seems like the hotel is geared towards long stay contractor folks. "

"I booked my room and paid in advance on hotels dot com when I arrived at had hotel I expected to be charged an early check in fee like all other were hotels have. However I was met by a younger guy at the front desk and was told I couldn’t check in until 3 pm even tho k I explained I had no where else to go. Young kid at front desk told me basically oh well I had to wait for next shift to come on to see if there were any empty rooms. Exhausted as all beat hell I just went and found a hotel that let me pay and early check in fee which I was fine with I was tired and to hear all I had to do was pay a fee I jumped at that so I could go rest. Just very unhelpful all together! I have to come to Fort Collins for the next few months but not looking like I’ll be staying here again"
