The room was very nice and great facilities, however the booking system for the tennis court and towels was contradictory, the signs said one thing but the staff said the opposite.

Great spot away from the noisy / busy part of Taupo but still very walkable. Room was compact but functional. Would have been nice to have opening windows or a deck area.
