"Very beautiful place. It's well-decorated (I love the piano in the lobby), the staff were super friendly, and the complimentary water and wafers were a lovely touch (especially after a long trip). I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the amenities (but it was just a night's stay). The parking is ample and free (which was nice), but just be careful with the narrow roads when coming here. Overall, a very lovely stay."

"The rooms were lovely and the staff was fabulous, the valets especially went out of their way to help us. We adored the family room with the bunk beds, such a great idea for families traveling with young children so we could all be together but have designated space for everyone to sleep. We also loved the pool and waterside, kids couldn't get enough! We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Loch Lomond!"

"Great base to stay for entering the highlands. 30 mins from Glasgow. Loch Lomond was great. Town has sea life 10 min walk from hotel to the loch. I would def come and stay again."

"Staff were excellent from the cleaners to restaurant team to front of house. Really friendly and helpful. Only nag I have is the tiny flies in the restaurant area which appear to have been an issue for some time."

"Lovely clean room with super comfy bed and balcony overlooking Loch Lomond. Tea and coffee provided but some green tea and decaf coffee would have been nice! Food in restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Breakfast also very nice. Our second visit. Staff all great."
