"Check-in時間等候太耐只有一個職員，而我們有四間房是預訂的，拍完車回來以為已經安排了房間，又要重新排一次就安排check-in，前台女性職員獻出不耐煩。通知前台房間浴室內水渠有蚊滋飛出，他們說會有同事上來幫我安排，但是一直都沒有人跟進。"
