"We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

"It was close to the train station (walking distance) and featured overnight parking (for a fee) while we took a 4 day trip. It's under renovation which means a lot of noise, our room key didn't work when we came in late and had to go to the dest 3 times to figure it out. Pool was unavailable and breakfast minimal."

"Absolutely stunning property with tremendously spacious rooms, my room even had a large desk and a little fireplace. The bathroom had a standing shower with multiple shower heads and a full tub. There was a skylight in the bathroom that let in a lot of natural light even into the main room. Staff was really nice, but there didn't seem to be anyone immediately available when I was checking out, but not really a major concern since very detailed instructions was given prior to that.
