"Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience."

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"I stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed. Check in was great and prompt, my room that was cleaned by Norma all 5 days were great. Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing and friendly. The best part about it was momma in the kitchen. First, the breakfast every morning was different and it was a good one. She greeted every guest and went over and above with everyone she interacted with. I had a sinus cold and she heard me coughing and ask me was I okay, I told her yes. She...

"First the good: the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and a good size. Staff was friendly. Con: bathroom door squeaked, towels are very small, breakfast was good but ran out of food quickly."

"The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate."
